Chocolate Delivery in Houston and Beyond : Because Great Chocolate Should Travel Well
There’s something special about having a box of handcrafted chocolate show up at your front door.
Maybe it’s the anticipation of opening the box. Maybe it’s deciding which bonbon to try first. Or maybe it’s the fact that someone—whether it was you or someone who cares about you—thought enough to send something that feels a little more personal than another package from Amazon.
Around here, we think getting chocolate delivered should feel just as exciting as walking into our shop.
That’s why we put as much care into packing every order as we do making the chocolates themselves.

Handmade in Houston. Enjoyed Everywhere.
Every chocolate that leaves Mostly Chocolate starts the same way—by hand.
Our team hand-paints bonbons, cuts truffles, makes fresh caramels, builds Chocolate Pizazz, and creates seasonal collections every week in our Houston kitchen. Nothing is mass-produced, and nothing is pulled from a warehouse shelf.
When your order is ready, we shift our attention from making great chocolate to making sure it arrives exactly the way we intended.
Chocolate is surprisingly delicate.
It doesn't like sitting in a delivery truck over the weekend any more than you would.
That's why we only ship Monday through Wednesday. It gives your chocolates the best chance of arriving fresh, beautiful, and ready to enjoy.
It's one of those details most people never think about—but we think about it every single shipping day.

Build a Box That's Actually Yours
One of our favorite things about chocolate is that everyone has their own favorites.
Some people build an entire box of salted caramel.
Others want every fruit flavor we have.
Some are adventurous enough to grab whatever they've never tried before, while others come back for the same handful of bonbons every single visit.
There really isn't a wrong answer.
Our Build Your Own Box lets you choose from more than 25 handcrafted bonbon flavors, along with customer favorites like Texas Pecan Toffee, Chocolate Pizazz, stuffed chocolate bars, and whatever seasonal creations happen to be in the case.
Honestly, watching customers build their boxes is one of the best parts of working in the shop.
Everyone has a strategy.
Sending a Gift? Chocolate Usually Says It Better
A surprising number of the boxes we pack aren't for the person ordering them.
They're headed to birthdays.
Anniversaries.
New babies.
Client thank-you gifts.
Holiday celebrations.
Congratulations.
Thinking of you.
Or sometimes...no reason at all.
Those might actually be our favorite orders.
We offer nationwide shipping along with custom gift boxes and corporate gifting, so whether you're sending chocolates across Houston or across the country, every order is packed by our team with the same attention we'd give if it were headed to our own family.
That's one of the advantages of ordering from a small chocolatier.
There are real people on the other end who care how your gift arrives.
Keeping Your Chocolate at Its Best
People ask us this all the time: "Should I put my chocolates in the refrigerator?"
Usually, the answer is no.
Fine chocolate is happiest in a cool, dry place between 55°F and 71°F, away from direct sunlight.
The refrigerator can introduce moisture that affects both the finish and texture of handcrafted chocolate.
We also recommend enjoying your bonbons within two to four weeks, when they're tasting their absolute best.
Trust us...That usually isn't much of a challenge.

More Than a Delivery
At the end of the day, we don't really think we're shipping chocolate.
We're shipping birthday surprises.
Date nights.
Thank-you gifts.
Late-night cravings.
Little celebrations.
Sometimes all wrapped up in one box.
Those moments are why we do what we do.
We'll make the chocolate.
You just have to decide which piece you're eating first.
