THE BEGINNING
It Started Around the Dinner Table.
Long before there was a chocolate shop, a storefront, or hand-painted bonbons, there was a dinner table.
Our family's story begins in Damascus and Beirut, where food wasn't simply something you ate, it was how love was expressed, traditions were preserved, and generations stayed connected. Every Friday, family gathered around meals prepared with extraordinary care, often using recipes passed down for decades.
At the center of it all was my grandmother, Adele — our Teta.
She refused shortcuts. She peeled and blanched almonds by hand because she believed they tasted better. Long before I ever worked with chocolate, she unknowingly taught our family what craftsmanship really meant.
Those values became the foundation of everything we do today..
